Money When You Need It (lunch)

Cash is King! Come learn how Cashflow planning and projections can help you manage your business and personal money so that you always have “money when you need it”. This is a great business management skill and a required document for NEDC Financing and Funding applications. Anyone currently applying or hoping to apply in the near future could also benefit from joining this session.

“Money When You Need It” is an engaging and hands-on workshop that will explain the purpose and benefits of a cashflow and share some strategies for building a helpful cashflow. We will learn how cashflows can help you set goals, monitor your business and reduce those unexpected financial surprises.

Cashflow is one tool for successful financial management. This workshop will pair nicely with the Understanding Financial Statements workshop being offered at the end of March.

There will be an optional block of time in the later part of the session to work on your own cashflow document with support for NEDC Staff.
