With financing support from NEDC, owner Natasha Dennis, alongside her husband Bill, recently invested in the new equipment, allowing the family business to offer vibrant, full-colour custom designs on t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more. Customers can bring in their own apparel or choose from a wide selection of blank garments, with many custom orders completed within just a few hours.
The new technology allows Billybeauty to produce detailed, full-colour designs more efficiently than ever before, making it easier to serve individuals, businesses, schools, sports teams, and community organizations looking for high-quality custom apparel and promotional products.
"We're always looking for ways to expand what we can create," says Dennis. "The new equipment opens the door to products we've only dreamed about offering before."
To accommodate the new equipment, Natasha and Bill also recently refreshed their Port Alberni storefront, creating a more welcoming space and an efficient production area that supports their growing business.
From custom apparel and promotional products to laser engraving, signage, and graphic design, Billybeauty continues to invest in innovation while proudly serving individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the region.
NEDC is proud to support Indigenous entrepreneurs like Natasha and Bill as they continue to grow their business, create local opportunities, and strengthen the regional economy through innovation and entrepreneurship.
